Return Policy

You may return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days from date on your receipt:
• You must provide a copy of the receipt that was included in your original shipment.
• The returned materials must be in mint, re-saleable condition, and sealed CD's can only be returned if the plastic or seal is not opened.

In the case of an exchange of clothing or apparel for a different size of the same item:
• You must provide a copy of the receipt that was included in your original shipment.
• The returned materials must be in mint, re-saleable condition.
• You must note the size of the item you wish to receive in exchange on the copy of the receipt.

In the case of an exchange for a damaged, defective or wrong item, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. (However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we shipped the wrong item)
• You must provide a copy of the receipt that was included in your original shipment.
• The returned materials must be in mint, re-saleable condition, and sealed CD's can only be returned if the plastic or seal is not opened.

If you do not meet all of the outlined return requirements you will not receive a credit. Instead you will receive an email to the email address we have on file explaining why the merchandise cannot be accepted for return and we will ask if you would like us to return the non-returnable items to you. In the event you would like the non-returnable items returned, your credit card will be charged applicable shipping fees for the non-returnable items that will be sent back to you. If in response you advise you do not wish to receive the non-returnable items, or you do not respond to the referenced email within five business days, then the items will be discarded.

Return items by mail or UPS
Please make a copy of the packing slip that accompanied your merchandise shipment.

• Copy the packing slip and insert it into the box with your return.
• Please write the reason(s) for the returned item(s) on the copy of the packing slip.
• Securely pack your merchandise with the copy of the packing slip.
• Ship via US postal service or UPS shipping method that provides a means of tracking your shipment.
• Please insure your package.
• We'll process your return within 7 business days of receipt.

Exchange items by mail or UPS
Please make a copy of the packing slip that accompanied your merchandise shipment.

• Copy the packing slip and insert it into the box with your exchange.
• Please write the reason(s) for the exchange item(s) on the copy of the packing slip.
• Securely pack your merchandise with the copy of packing slip.
• Ship via US postal service or UPS shipping method that provides a means of tracking your shipment.
• Please insure your package.
• We'll process your exchange within 7 business days of receipt.
• If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift certificate, the credit amount will be returned in the form of a new gift certificate.
